Located in the Seattle area, Dr. Steinberg has been practicing ob/gyn for nearly a quarter century. For almost a decade, she has reviewed cases for both defendants and plaintiffs, assisting many in getting cases settled prior to trial and even prior to complaints being filed.
In her active obgyn practice, Dr. Steinberg sees more that four thousand patients a year ranging from evaluating patients in her office to caring for patients in the hospital including labor and delivery and surgery.. Dr. Steinberg is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Washington State University’s Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine, through which she teaches medical students and also family medicine residents.
Her formidable expertise and broad experience includes having worked in multiple communities and hospitals including the University of Washington and having been in private practice, teaching practice, and group practice part of a large multispecialty group. Dr. Steinberg has a superb understanding of the standard of care on her field.

Areas of Practice
Obstetrics
Areas of expertise include general pregnancy, high risk pregnancy areas such as preeclampsia, diabetes, obesity, previous cesarean section, labor and delivery management including evaluation of fetal heart rate tracings, management of labor progress, decision to perform cesarean section, and other issues relating to standard of care during labor and delivery as well as postpartum. Dr. Steinberg is experienced in the management of complications in the pregnant, laboring, and delivering patient.
Gynecology
Dr. Steinberg is an expert in both office gynecology and gynecologic surgery including Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) and Robotic Surgery. Additionally, she has expertise in contraception and its complications, heavy bleeding, fibroids, endometrial ablation, and endometriosis. Various contraceptive methods include IUD’s, hormonal implants, pills, rings, patches, and tubal ligation.
